Daily Market Alert
Each day after the close of the U.S equity markets, and especially during times of unusual trading activity, you will be provided with a written report highlighting the day's overall market, company, peer group specifics and performance. The combined commentary gives you a sense of "what happened to my stock today" and "who were the major players." These basic questions- and many more-will be answered on settlement, when our trade date assumptions are verified and validated.

Weekly Market Alert
The Weekly Market Alert is what distinguishes Ilios Partners from the rest of the competition. This report includes a qualitative and quantitative analysis of the institutional buyers and sellers of your stock based on the current settlement period. Your shareholder list will include "real time" institutional positions broken down to the mutual fund level. A trading summary of the current week, sell-side news, peer news, and two price volume graphs are also included in the Weekly Alert. Together, these tools help to provide you with a clear understanding of "who were the major institutions moving my stock this week" and "how has my shareholder base changed."

Monthly Market Alert
At the start of every month, Ilios will prepare an in-depth synopsis of the prior month's trading activity that includes a current institutional shareholder list indicating the largest buyers and sellers for the month. Any commentary we can obtain directly from analysts and portfolio managers regarding the perceptions of your stock will also be included on the monthly report. We also provide a "story graph" indicating the impact of significant shareholder activity and news events on the performance of your stock. In addition, detailed graphs illustrating your stock's price performance relative to its peers and the broader market, as well as any shifts in the composition of your company's shareholder base will be included.
