Ilios Partners (I|P) is the pre-eminent provider of global securities surveillance and investor relations support to a wide range of corporate, investment banking, and investor relations consulting firms. I|P also provides investor relations support for corporate clients, including targeting and investor perception studies. The principals of I|P, John Karageorge and Nick Trikolas, have extensive industry experience. Most recently, Mr. Karageorge was a Managing Director at The Carson Group, where he spearheaded a team providing deal-related stock and fixed income surveillance to investment banking clients as well as having originated Carson’s global surveillance program. Mr. Trikolas has over ten years of experience in investor relations and stock surveillance, having participated in various capacities in the industry since its inception. Prior to co-founding I|P, he founded and ran the Chicago branch of The Carson Group.
